To offer our clients the very best of 3PL warehouse management, we are currently operating four temperature-controlled facilities in Riyadh and Jeddah with a massive capacity of 45,000 pallets. These storage facilities are further fitted with radio shuttle, drive-in racking, selective racking with some bulk storage options for maximum flexibility and convenience, allowing our clients to choose whichever mode best fits their requirements.
All of our facilities are linked to our main IT operating platform INFOR - WMS specifically catered to the cold chain requirements of Food items in KSA and applying industry-best handling practices to provide our client with an end-to-end solution for the storage and delivery of their valued products.
Our highly efficient, radio frequency linked WMS has the capacity to operate 24 hours, allowing us the flexibility to ensure a smooth, interruption-less workflow even when handling the most complex of operations.
Through a user definable Vendor Managed Inventory, our system conducts transactions and inventory count in real-time and generates customized reports upon request to uphold maximum transparency. It further supports Application Direct Access to clients and can easily be integrated with the client’s system.
Additionally, our WMS includes serial number tracking, wave-picking and prioritization features.
Advanced Storage Co. conducts daily cycle counts on fast moving goods or sample items and location accuracy tracking. Our system automatically generates random cycle counts and wall to wall counts to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
ASCO Logistics works individually with clients to develop an inventory management process and reporting system than suits their requirements and supports this with live reporting directly via an INFOR link or by providing an IT patch directly to the clients ERP system. We will design inhouse any reporting format to meet the client’s requirements.
